Water Treatment System – Technical Overview & Scope of Work
1. System Description
The system delivers softened water up to 15,000 L/h and demineralized (RO product) water up to 1,000 L/h at ≤6 µS/cm conductivity. The RO feed pump supplies raw water to the system at up to 5,000 L/h; RO consumption from this feed is 1,000 L/h, with the balance available for softened water demand / reject.

3. Scope of Work (Our Scope)
Connection of water services to the system inlet(s) inside the RO room, specifically:

Tie-in of raw water supply to the RO feed/pretreatment inlet
Tie-in of softened water outlet to distribution point
Tie-in of RO product water outlet to distribution point
Connection of drain line(s) to the room's linear trench drain
Pressure/flow verification at each connection point following tie-in

Ventilation / HVAC for RO room
Control system integration with BMS/SCADA
Standby power / UPS for control panel

6. Warranty
[12] months warranty on all supplied equipment from the date of commissioning.
Warranty Exclusions

Filter media (sand, carbon, resin)
Dosing chemicals (refills)
Spare parts / cartridges
RO membranes (consumable, subject to raw water quality and usage)
Damage caused by raw water quality falling outside the stated design spec (Section 4)
Damage caused by power supply outside specified rating or quality
